Barcelona unveil stunning new home kit for 2024-25 season

Barcelona have finally unveiled their new home strip for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

As we’ve seen before through various leaks, the Catalans will be back in half-and-half shirts for the new campaign to celebrate their 125th anniversary.

It’s a classic look that always goes down well with fans and is expected to be a big-seller once again this year.

Barcelona have introduced their new shirt with a video that features club legends such as Ronaldinho and Andres Iniesta alongside current stars including Gavi, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Ronald Araujo, Pau Cubarsi and Alexia Putellas.

The new kit pays homage to Barca’s first ever shirt which was also a half and half design all the way back in 1899.

“To celebrate the Club’s 125 years of history, the FC Barcelona jersey’s design for the 2024/25 season is inspired by the Club’s legacy, history and beginnings. Using the colours blue and maroon, present as a main element in the badge, a distinct, unique and symbolic design has been created that evokes the team’s identity throughout its history.”

Barca fans will get to see the players in their new strip for the first time on the club’s pre-season tour of the United States. The Catalans are due to play Manchester United, Real Madrid and AC Milan in North America.
