Barcelona welcomed Gavi back to first-team training on Thursday as the midfielder star continues his comeback from ACL surgery.
It was rumored earlier this week that Gavi would back with his team-mates this week and the youngster was all smiles at the Ciutat Esportiva.
Gavi’s return is a big boost for Barcelona, although it’s clear he will not be rushed back into first-team action after such a lengthy lay-off.
Manager Hansi Flick has already said “there is no pressure” on Gavi, and it seems the plan is to let him go really carefully over the next few weeks and months until he’s ready to start games on a regular basis.

Gavi’s been out of action since November when he sustained his injury on international duty with Spain. The 20-year-old has been missed by Barcelona and will probably feel like a new signing for Flick when he does take to the pitch again.
