Barcelona forward Raphinha has been named the Player of the Month for August after a superb start to the 2024-25 season with the Catalan giants.
It’s the third award this month for league leaders Barcelona. Hansi Flick picked up Coach of the Month, while Lamine Yamal has taken home the U-23 Player of the Month for August.
Raphinha has now made it a hat-trick of wins for Barcelona after a perfect start to the league season under new boss Flick.

The Brazilian has three goals and two assists for his team in just four games this season in what’s been a fine start.
It’s the first time that Raphinha has won the Player of the Month award since moving to Spain from the Premier League with Barcelona. Let’s hope he can continue his early-season form and pick up a few more, starting on Sunday against Girona.
