The next Barcelona match is upon us! The Blaugrana return from the international break with a huge local derby against Girona, and Hansi Flick has called up the following 21 players for Sunday’s game:
Goalkeepers: 1. Marc-André ter Stegen, 13. Iñaki Peña, 31. Diego Kochen
Defenders: 2. Pau Cubarsí, 3. Alejandro Balde, 5. Iñigo Martínez, 23. Jules Kounde, 24. Eric García, 32. Héctor Fort, 35. Gerard Martín, 36. Sergi Domínguez

The international break brought some bad injury news as Fermín López is expected to miss the next two to three weeks with a hamstring injury, and he joins Ronald Araujo (hamstring), Andreas Christensen (Achilles), Frenkie de Jong (ankle) and Marc Bernal (knee) on the treatment table. Gavi (knee) and Ansu Fati (foot) are back in training but not cleared yet, though both are expected to get the green light sometime this month. Dani Olmo makes the squad after an injury scare in Spain duty, and Barça Atlètic sensation Guille Fernández gets his first call-up to make up the numbers in midfield.
Predicted starting XI (4-2-3-1):
Ter Stegen; Kounde, Cubarsí, Iñigo, Balde; Casadó, Pedri; Yamal, Olmo, Raphinha; Lewandowski
